An auspicious debut from Thomas Bouet, polycultural farmer and vigneron-négoçiant in Sanilhac.

Thomas Bouet is a young farmer and natural vigneron-négoçiant based a short drive south of Uzès in Sanilhac, where his family has lived since the mid-1600s.
